By agreeing to a service with HD Window Cleaning you are agreeing to these T&Cs. We reserve the right to change them without notice.

What you can expect from us:

We will be reliable as physically possible keeping to a 6 weekly schedule (but occasionally the weather can push us back a few days) we will send a reminder the day before so there is no confusion to when we are due. 

We always strive to provide a great service and so guarantee our work upto 24 hours after a clean, if there are any issues (a window missed, bird mess not removed, etc) just let us know and we’ll get it sorted.

We do clean in the rain as this does not effect the quality of the clean due to the method we use.

We use the water fed pole to clean your windows. This means the windows are left wet but they will dry completely clear as the water is purified before use.

Prices start from £8 if and revised on a yearly basis if you price is due to increase you will be notified with a letter and at least 6 weeks notice.

What we ask of you:

We will let you know when we are coming. Please make sure all windows are closed, any gates are unlocked and any animal mess is cleared up so we have access. If this is forgotten we may not be able to clean all the windows but may still incur a charge with our minimum charge being £8.

To cancel/skip a appointment we will require 48 hours notice. Customers that skip 3 cleans in a 12 month period will be automatically removed from the regular service. Please do not use the reminder service as a reminder for you to cancel your clean with less than 24 hours notice otherwise you could still incur a £5 cancellation fee.

We do not allow a build up of debt (unless pre arranged) and therefore will not clean again if the payment is owed for a previous clean and no contact made. We do understand life is busy and things get forgotten, and so you will receive a friendly reminder and if you are having difficulty paying please let us know.

Promotion(s) and discounts

If you are signing up to a (regular) promotion or discount offer you are entering in to a verbal contract stating the you require a ongoing service for at least 2 cleans. Otherwise you can invoiced the full amount for services you have received.  If entering in to a (one-off ) promotion then the price you get is the advertised price.
